  • International shipping is not available at this time

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day

Delivery Time

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other cities/remote areas: 3–6 working days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are clearly mentioned at checkout
  • Charges may vary based on:
    • Location
    • Parcel weight
    • Promotional offers (if any)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan
  • Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, customers receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or SMS
  • Orders can be tracked directly with the courier company

Undelivered / Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address or phone number
  • Refusal to accept the parcel

🚫 Shipping charges will not be refunded, and re-dispatch may require advance payment.

Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, please:
    • Do not accept the parcel
    • Or report the issue within 24 hours with clear photos/videos
